When you call our office, we will ask you the brand of the ice machine, we will ask you what is the problem, where is the last time the machine was serviced, what kind of condition is the machine, how old is the machine.
After you initial call, we will go to your location, we will diagnos the machine, find the problems, and we will give you a quote on the repair. If you agree with the estimate we will perform the job that same moment and we will issue a 1 year warranty on the parts and 30 days on the labor.
